Took my lexus to the dealership and naturally they wanted to replace the roters breaks both cv boots and and steering racks. Total cost over 5k. Took my lexus here and Jayson the store manager Took a look and literally showed me that i didn't need all that work done. Not only did he save me thousands in extra cost and repairs but his customer service and professionalism was 5 star worthy. Thank you brake masters and Jayson ( store manager) the car runs great! On Thursday, I took my car to the BrakeMasters (#151) on Baseline Rd in Mesa, when my car started making grinding noises as I applied the brakes. It was a very stressful day for me, because I use my car for work. I wasn’t sure if I could afford new brake pad/rotors but I had to take my car into the shop, before it got any worse. Laurie and Colin at BrakeMasters did an excellent job of letting me know exactly what was wrong with my car and even gave me a payment plan so it relieved some of the stress from my day. It took about 1-2 hours to finish the services/labor and it drove like a brand new car. Laurie and Colin had excellent customer service and I will definitely be back again because I can trust them to do a great job with my vehicle. I’m so thankful for them! 👍🏾🙏🏾
