Taking the best of both worlds we have proposed a new paradigm of Genetic Generative Information Retrieval in our DocEng'23 paper (https://lnkd.in/eHquTqPr).We have further improved it with grounded evolution to mitigate hallucinations of the base LLMs. This work is being presented today at Gen-IR@SIGIR'24.

Recently I have had the honor to have my popular-media feature article published in issue 10.1 of The Classic Journal here at UGA! My article is based on the research of Socha, D.M., Sykutera, M., Reinhard, J., and Perera, R.C. in which the toxicological analysis of the remains of Inca sacrificed individuals was completed, with results finding traces of hallucinogenic and stimulating drugs in their DNA.
